CONFIRMATION
By agreeing to these terms and conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into.
Once we have received your order, you will be sent an automatic email confirming your order.
In the case that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order we reserve the right not to deliver.
Should an order be placed for a mispriced item we are under no obligation to provide the goods to you at the incorrect price, even after we have sent you the order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
Should we not be able to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Delivery charges are not included in the prices.
We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices.

Aikuro reserves the right to alter any of the policies, terms and conditions at any time. You acknowledge that you shall become bound to the current version of the terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to be aware of the current version each time you use our website.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We ship worldwide via FedEx service.
Your order will be dispatched within 2-5 days of receiving your order.
Pre-order items will be shipped on the stated delivery date.
There are some cases where orders may be delayed due to factors out of our control.
Aikuro is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused while in transit by the postal service, courier or customs agencies.


CUSTOMS
Any customs or import duties charged once a delivery reaches its destination country is the responsibility of the customer.
Aikuro has no control over these charges and are unable to tell you in advance what the cost of duties will be.
